I work at Gugg and love Gugg but the answer is Moelis 10 times out of 10.

Nothing wrong with Gugg but Moe is a tier or two above. Pay is elite. exits are much better. Culture really depends on group for both and idk anything about moelis groups but overall as a career decision, 0 reason to go with Gugg here.
Depends on if you prefer to pick up skills such as jumping off the roof and punching people on the street as you exit

You can always go find out. But the roof situation is what 7-8 years old - seniors are still there and got moved up even more within the bank.
Moelis culture is deteriorating fast but Gugg is nowhere close to Moelis in terms of learning / deal flow / exits

A better question is which Moelis groups DO NOT have more deal flow and better exit ops relative to Gugg.
