Morgan Stanley Early Insights Program - Is it worth it?
Hello WSO,
I am a college student who was recently invited to attend Morgan Stanley's Early Insights Program (not diversity btw, but I do believe this is a diversity-oriented program). I was wondering what such a program entails, and whether or not it would be worth the expense of missing school and traveling to go. I am hoping to get started with finance recruiting (WM, IB, S&T, ER), so this may be a step in the right direction.
I was also wondering how these events typically work, as they did not give much information in the email they sent out. Does it lead to an internship? What would I be doing during the 2-3 days I'm there?
FWIW, the department that invited me was "finance", so idk if this is back or front office.
