Morgan Stanley v. Deloitte SA

Junior Non target with goal of Boutique/MM FT IBD

Two SA offers:

Morgan Stanley Finance, most likely product control

Deloitte Securitization, mostly CDO's, MBS, ABS
-Some valuation of the cash flows from these securities but it mostly seems like the accounting and compliance behind the distribution of the cash flows from the various tranches. Clients are usually the investors in these securities, have seen some people move to structured finance at BB's

Take Morgan Stanley. When you're at the firm, you can try to move from Finance to IBD (aka internal mobility), which usually takes place during the 7th week. In case internal mobility doesn't work out, you can always talk to comparable firms and discuss why you are more of a better fit in IBD over Finance; MS will play a HUGE role here.
