Coconut Water should be higher and in a separate group, perhaps Tier 1.5

 

Get your peasant water out of here. Y’all don’t know anything about artesian water. Look into Hallstein Water. Founded by Karlheinz Muhr (Executive Vice Chairman at BofA) and his wife, Elisabeth. You used to need to be referred to buy the water. Some MDs at Bank of America have delivery subscriptions for their 5 gallon bottles sent to their office. They’d have the fancy dispenser too. We’d sneak into their offices to have some.
