All of them are decent tier 2 places, pretty sure they all give you the opportunity to lateral to Deutsche/ Credit Suisse at some point in your career if you network hard.

It's difficult to rank investment banks definitively as each bank has its strengths and weaknesses, and different banks may perform better in certain areas than others. However, based on factors such as global reputation, deal volume, and prestige, here is a rough ranking of the investment banks you listed:

  1. Goldman Sachs
  2. JP Morgan
  3. Morgan Stanley
  4. Evercore
  5. Centerview Partners
  6. Bank of America

Again, this ranking is not definitive and may vary based on specific circumstances or criteria. It's important to note that each of these banks is a reputable and successful firm in the investment banking industry.

Depends on what u r looking for and if u wanna stay short or long term

GS/JPM/MS are the most prestigious but culture, WLB, and comp vary a lot

EVR is decent wouldn’t give much thought to the other 2

Where do u wanna go long term?

In what groups?

It's not just about brand - it's about the specific group.

Please think through your posts before just posting them up. People will be more responsive.

If I were you I wouldn't recruit for Goldman. Honestly after how the cuts were done the culture has been brought to light to much of the street. Sadly there will always be some idiots who just see the logo and don't realize there are better options on the street.
