MS Menlo or Evercore NY - 1st yr Associate
Would you take the offer from MS Menlo or Evercore NY?
My concerns are deal types, work-life balance, lifestyle, culture, pay, benefits, and exit options. Appreciate any thoughts.
Definitely EVR NY. MS Menlo is a complete shitshow when it comes to WLB and they pay worse. Both great groups though from a deal flow perspective.
MS Menlo.. both are very comparable… WLB is equally shitty
But here’s the catch …. Will choose NYC over Menlo any day
But as long as it’s temporary, MS Menlo is legendary and IMO has better sell side deal flow than EVCR NYC
You’re going to work with better talent at EVR
