Based on the most helpful WSO content, there isn't specific information about MTS Winter/Summer 2026 interviews in the provided context. However, if you're preparing for interviews, WSO offers a range of resources that could be helpful, such as:

  • Investment Banking Interview Prep: Comprehensive guides and mock interviews.
  • Private Equity Interview Prep: Focused on LBO modeling and case studies.

it started out super behavioral but got progressively more technical. i interviewed with 1- hr 2- 2 diff analysts separately 3- 3 analysts/associates 4- 2 director/vp. each round was 30 minute interviews, typically back to back. of the people i interviewed with, nearly every interview started at least 10 minutes late but continued for additional unscheduled time. 1/2 were almost entirely behavioral, 3 pretty specific technicals, and 4 almost entirely behavioral with some technical.

my advice would be to over prepare technicals, they say they’re looking for a mix of people with finance/bio backgrounds but i was ultimately rejected for not showing strong enough technicals during round 3 (even more frustrating as i was strung along and continued past this stage, even when they knew they’d reject me). overall, this is an incredibly thorough process, especially for a boutique of this level.

best of luck and im more than happy to dm with more info if you’d like

thanks for the help. do you think you could dm me? think I reached my daily limit of dms. Was wondering if it's typical behaviorals (why mts, why healthcare, healthcare market questions) and typical technicals (or healthcare-specific techs?)
