If you have proquest look up the bond buyer for pub fin news. Learn the basics what’s a rev bond, a GO. Know what MMD is and where it’s at. Understand why an investor might prefer munis. Know your basic bond math.
Thank you, what do you think are some current events or stats that I should be closely following/keeping in mind?
Inflows/outflows, issuance, any notable deals. The market has seen a lot of change due to new rules preventing advanced refunding. Also look into taxable munis and forwards.
