You had a 4.0 in your normal coursework. They aren't going to rescind your offer because you got an A and not an A+.

It is definitely not a big deal. Almost all colleges presume that an A is a 4.0, regardless of whether an A+ is achievable. At my uni you can score an A+, but that is still only recorded as an A+. Definitely not a big deal, and I highly doubt you'll run into a problem. Worst case, if the A wouldn't be considered a 4.0, there is very little chance they attempt to verify your exchange course and then question you about an A.
