Need Advice: Abnornal MM IB Interview in Dallas

I have an interview with a larger MM in Dallas. I met the CEO on an organized industry trip back in October and he mentioned that while they hired few entry level analysts that they will and do every so often. I was pretty dogged in emailing him and keeping up with him and in early February he invited me in for an interview on March 31 with him and an MD. I go to a non-target but the CEO is an alumnus. I have confirmed that the interview is for sure with him and not just a deputy.

I feel like it shouldn’t be discounted that he asked me to interview at all especially because I don’t have a 4.0 and have no actual IB, AM, or Corp Finance experience on my resume.

I want to really knock this out of the park. He’s a good ole boy but very intelligent. I don’t see this being a typical interview with a certain number of technical questions and behavioral questions and I think it will just be a long interview with these two senior people.

Any advice on what to focus on while preparing? What I should be thinking about?
