Is this from your SA group or another FT process? Does this offer land you at a bank that would give you what you want long-term or what you want for post-banking recruiting purposes (group, culture, pay, etc.)? If you're choosing between GS TMT and MS TMT the difference probably isn't big enough to risk losing an offer from either.
