No Transactions/Tombstone Page

Why do certain banks not share their transactions? I understand that certain more elite banks tend not to show their work, but I'm having a hard time finding the transactions of some pretty large MM banks such as BMO Cap Markets.

Maybe I'm just missing it?

I'm currently working on sending out networking emails for an internship down the line and have seen this for more than a few companies.

This has made it pretty difficult to make my cold emails more specialized by mentioning a specific deal that the firm of who I am reaching out to has worked on.

You can go here on https://www.businesswire.com/portal/site/home/news/subject/?vnsId=31333</a">BusinessWire and find specific deals. Usually, they list the advisors at the bottom e.g. https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20200131005319/en/Kirkland-Lake-…</a">RBC worked on the Kirkland Lake Gold deal and they don't usually advertise deals on their website.
