Nordic IB interview
I have an interview with a Nordic bank for an IB-internship. Should I wear a tie and jacket, even though it’s on Microsoft teams?

At least wear jacket and dress shirt. Tie is optional in my opinion.

I would say full dress, including tie. You will probably be overdressed compared to your interviewers but if anything, it’ll be in your favor.
Source: interviewed (successfully) for corporate banking in a Nordic bank, had suit and tie during the first interview round, more relaxed thereafter (to the same level as my interviewers).
