Now that I finished recruiting... Advice on next 52+ weeks?

So, finished recruiting ~2-4wks ago. Not to count days, but I have approximately 52wks and some change to live my life. I'll be in a T2 city (CHI/ATL) this summer living by myself for a cushy internship that pays well. Aside from taking a rigorous (but personally fulfilling/interesting) course load next semester, I won't have any obligations (no clubs, etc.) aside from off-season Varsity athletics prep. Given my schedule, how would you recommend approaching the next year?

I'm sure some other (lucky) incoming '24 interns are in the same boat. Personally, I've struggled to wake up: obviously not in a depressing way, but in the sense that I have 0 motivation to do the bare minimum in life or stick to a disciplined/structured routine. Would love insight as to if I should keep getting 10+hrs of sleep, or if I should try my best to remain disciplined and make something of the next year.

To any working professional, would love insight as to how to best live my life with this resounding freedom prior to the internship sweat . If you could go back in time, what would you do differently during your junior/senior year, or during the sophomore summer (which I essentially have free)? Or what would you do the same? Welcome to any thoughts... on a parting personal note, I'm genuinely interested in my will-be group's work, so would love insight onto if its best to read up on it during my free time or just bank on working super hard during the internship to get up to speed.
