He pulled up to turn himself in. He came in what looks like a Rolls Royce Cullinan.
He has also been arrested 19 times before. He was out on bail for another crime

The Pastor he went to turn himself in with said something along the lines of him being innocent due to mental health issues. That Pastor also has a solid criminal record.
