NYC Analyst Housing: Should I Use a Real Estate Agent?
Have seen a few threads on this but nothing too specific. As the title of the post suggests, I'm curious to know if it is worth using a real estate agent to find my first apartment when I move to the city this summer (to start life post-grad).
Are no-fee apartment rental sites, like StreetEasy, good enough for finding a place? Or are there better deals and apartments to be found through an agent?
Any other tips in general would also be appreciated, along with good buildings if you know of any.
