IB salaries are fairly well known even without this
Yes, outside of the standard campus / entry level jobs there seems to be a bit of a wider discrepancy in salaries. Also easier to get the info from the banks themselves as opposed to trying to dig it up or sort out the latest info on WSO or the rest of the internet or through a network or whatever
