Outlook with Mamdani?

Wondering what people think the future holds for NYC as the financial hub of the world with Mamdani as mayor. Will we go as far as to see employees and corporations alike flocking to alternative cities?

I'm very bullish on the Chattanooga real estate market due to Mamdani's victory. Moved here from another career-killing city and it's amazing, I spend my days hitting 22 below par on the municipal golf course

Likelihood is NYC can mask fiscal issues for a couple years - repercussions are going to be in the next ten years when NYC staring at $100 billion in tax revenue and $200 billion in outflows. People who would vote against those policies leave, straining the tax base and emboldening those in power to spend more, tax more, etc. Same cycle as seen in Baltimore
