PE Analyst Advice: high-turnover firm

Context: Starting work as a full-time analyst at a MM firm in June, however, a little worried about the high-turnover, particularly among analysts and associates.

What advice would you give for someone who wants to build a career here?

No point worrying about it

And also you never know how you are gonna find it. Only your personal experience matters remember. I had the same fear back before joining my bank which was a proper sweatshop with a crazy rate of turnover. Worked like a horse but made the most of it. Learned a ton, made friends and would do it again despite the 3ams. Go in with an open mind and figure it out as you go. Control what you can control and accept what you can’t - you’ve made your decision to join
