Petrified of not getting a return

Hey guys looking for above I’m in the last 2 weeks of my IB SA stint and have been getting signs I won’t get a return form ft employees. I’m like the only female intern and am first in last out but my work quality has suffered cause of it. I’ve been in the office 24/7- literally went in 3 l weekends straight and am so sad all of this effort is for nothing. Idk whether to dial in in these last two weeks or if the decision has already been made and I should start re recruiting. Any advice is appreciated - thanks

Take is as a learning experience. Being too heavily involved in work can have downsides.

If you're at a good school, you can likely recruit for FT roles, especially if you have alumni in other places. Start asking around now.

Why would you stay in the office that long if it's causing your work product to suffer? Why would your analyst care that you're in on a Sunday when they're not even there to see it?

Finish off strong but it's time to update your resume and schedule some interviews just in case. I know a lot of people who didn't get return offers (including me) but everyone turned out just fine. It's certainly devastating in the moment though.
