Spelman is an HBCU and a women's college so doubly good for diversity; lots of companies (even outside finance) have been recruiting more and more at HBCUs.

Anecdotally, UVA has been killing it this year specifically (don't know many people at ross)

Not even accurate. Duke has 3 going to PWP NY for SA 2022, so I'm sure the others are wrong as well.
