Post-COVID Office Culture Changes

For those who have returned to office in IB - have you noticed any major changes culture-wise relative to pre-COVID? Are people coming in earlier? More casual dress code? More people leaving early to finish work from home? Anything else?

Interested and following.

Although I would think people would be coming in later not earlier as you say and likewise leaving earlier rather than sitting around waiting for turns and scarfing down dinner at your desk. I don't things will revert back to the way they were before. People at all levels got a taste of relative freedom at home for the first-time to do whatever the hell they want whenever and be with their wives/GFs (except the grumpy seniors I guess?)

Offices will have to accommodate more flexibility and it shouldn't be frowned upon if someone wants to pack it up at 4:00 in the afternoon and work the rest of the time from the comfort of their home in sweats or have dinner at home with their GF or whatever while they turn. I know the dynamic in banking is a bit different, but when literally every other corporate job in the country is implementing some form of long term hybrid, it'll be hard to ignore.
