I feel like this is such a thing. There are obviously days where you have absolutely nothing to do. If facetime doesn't matter in your group, I assume you can work from home after building some trust.

There’s never a time when there’s no work, but I found that especially during WFH, I only want to finish the work that’s urgent and needs to be done this week.
Pick up reading as a hobby. If you can enjoy it then even in the office you can read books in pdf form and the aso / vp walking the bullpen may think you are reading notes to a 10k or the news or something. Generally not looked down upon even if you are reading for pleasure.
Biggest hobby is reading, and what you said is exactly what I do during slow days.
How about reading paperback or hardcovers? Never done that before though.
