Prime Brokerage Middle office Salary

Hi I recently finished a graduate rotation in the consumer bank at Barclays. I interviewed for the Prime Brokerage Middle Office role at Barclays and they called me back with an offer. They wanted to keep my compensation package at the same rate. I said the market value of the role is more plus I am switching from a graduate program in the back office to middle office and moving to New York for it. I cannot accept the same salary. They took it back for review with the rewards team but never asked me how much I expected. How much should a role in the Prime Brokerage Middle Office, which from the description sounds like Client Services, make for an analyst?

I did this and they refused to change my salary no matter how hard I tried. After being in the new role for a bit I said I was gone if they didn’t up it and took a while and the head of markets had to approve a 20% bump. It’s nonsense. Did you make any progress?
