I have a few friends at BB PF roles. First year bonuses start off the same at 40-80k but don't rise the same towards A2, assoc, etc.
Have heard even worse at some BBs. First hand experience (close friend who we talk openly about this) got $25k his first year. JPM/MS/BOFA.
Yikes and they big on deals... Is that 25 after tax
