Does anyone know if they are still giving out offers to the diversity prep programme spring week in London or have all been sent?
I have my interview in like an hour. The email said it would contain questions about market trend, why IB, and recent PWP deal. Not sure how competitive the process is, but I am assuming not crazy competitive assuming you have an interview and can talk like a normal person
How was it?
Straightforward, if you had any basic finance knowledge. I was asked like 10 seperate questions on the market trend I picked was AI. There was the why IB, why PWP, and I was asked how can I estimate the amount of airplanes in the sky. It really wasnt bad

hopefully they havent already given out invites yet. my interviewer told me they would be given out first week of february iirc but who really knows.
