Career Resources
Their SF Tech team is not tops. Can you even name 5 deals in the past 5 years they've done? Don't bother saying WeWork, AT&T, etc as they were sourced and executed in NY...I know their SF HC team is a different story though. Analysts there work closely with the NY team as all the senior guys are ex-JPM (NY and SF) so they function as one unit. It's similar to their M&T team which all came from Lazard and work as one unit.
To the Prospect, tech is not the same as M&T or fintech...
Agreed- PWP SF (both hc and tmt) are not well-regarded (from both deal flow and exits perspective. Done lot of research on this.
