Question for Interns and First Years During Covid

Question for Interns and First Years, what is training / banking like in the time of Covid?

I moved to a boutique a while back, so we don't have a big intern class, but I am really interested in what the experience is like with remote working and social distancing?

- To train analysts to model we used to just have them sit by the desk while we bashed stuff out, guessing you can't do that?

- Also, it's not like you're getting the team networking done.

Knopman Marks training was great but TTS was okay. Didn’t think it was all that detailed. Working has been rough. You get work and have no clue where to start and don’t want to be that annoying analyst that needs additional details on everything. Everyone is overworked rn so I don’t want to add more stuff. Overall, I think my bank has done a good job with onboarding but being focused during the day has been hard.
