Starting my SA 26 stint soon and wanted to get you guys opinion on RBC LevFin culture, return offer % and exits (especially PE and Private Credit exits).

Would say it's one of the better groups within the firm. Just check other threads as well. Majority of the bank's revenue is from Levfin anyways. Check LinkedIn for exits

RBC has a strong LevFin group. No they are not JPM and leading the mega LBOs. They are one of the strongest players in middle market / UMM LevFin and you will likely get as good experience there as any other LevFin shop. Good luck

Is regal at RBC good? They keep hiring and not sure if in expansion mode or due to replacement hiring
