RBC Superday Offers Summer Associate
Hi everyone, I recently had a Superday at RBC. I am a top 10-15 MBA school but non-target. Also, am an international. Got in the process through networking. It has been 2 days since my superday and haven't heard back. It was virtual and other candidates were from a semi-target school. I think I was the only one from my school. I emailed HR but got an email that she is travelling for recruiting (probably on-campus Superdays at target mba schools). I felt the Superday went really well. I got along with the team really well too.
Is it a no? Is there still hope? Will they wait for the week to complete superdays and then make decisions for entire class? The MBA summer associate class size is 15-20.
It’s two days, stop tweaking. After a week it’s a ding/waitlist
I got to know someone else got an offer the same day. They said their school is also non-target. Any advice on how to navigate now? Probably on a waitlist. Should I assume a ding?
