Received offer but waiting on others

Received an offer (full-time) for a boutique bank that (imo) offers low pay and not in a good location. I am currently still in the process at 5 other firms, stages below

MM IB 1: Had final round last week, hoping to hear back this week

MM IB 2: Verbal confirmation for 3rd round with VPs, been waiting on scheduling for a week

MM IB 3: First round screening this week

LMM PE and PC: Waiting to hear back this week regarding a 2nd round

Growth Equity shop: 2nd to last round this week

MM IBs 1&2 are my top choices with a slight preference for 2. The bank I received the offer from is my last choice from the list

My question is what to do now. The bank I received my offer from did not specify any deadline. Should I ask? What to say? How do I let the other companies know in a polite manner that I want things to be expedited? Should I approach some of these differently than others? How do I go about reneging if necessary? etc.

Thanks
