regional boutique summer analyst to full time recruiting
I'm a junior at a Canadian target/high semi-target school, and I have an offer this summer at a regional RX/distressed shop in the States. It's a lean team (~15), but they have a pretty strong rep at the LMM level with solid deal flow, and they're consistently top 15-20 in RX league tables. How will this look for FT recruiting? I'm wondering what the process looks like for FT recruiting and how it differs from SA recruiting, especially for RX groups at EBs. Thanks
