REIB to REAM
Hey guys,
Any suggestions / views on a move from real estate investment banking to real estate asset management (both in a BB)? I'm concerned from what I hear that the role as AM is going to be monotonous / mechanical unlike in IB. Also what are the exit opportunities going to be like? Appreciate if you could share your experience if had gone through this transition / suggest if you'd make such a move.
