RESUME FILLERS NEED HELP

So I'm newbe to WSO and I'm currently a junior majoring in finance at a target school with pretty much zero professional experience on my resume. I'm well aware that I'm pretty late to the recruiting game and am looking at smaller boutiques (or anything I can get relevant to the field). My GPA isn't stellar and it isn't terrible (think 3.4 - 3.5 range although my major GPA is significantly higher). Because I'm a student-athlete (D1) I exclusively trained for my sport both freshman and sophomore summers (something I regret now that I am trying to recruit) and pretty much have jack shit to put on my resume. I'm looking for anything to beef it up. I read a couple discussions about certifications or online courses to take that might help. Thinking about taking the Microsoft excel specialist test, doing the Bloomberg Concepts, and taking a Udemy course in financial modeling. I've read that the excel specialist test won't really add any value but since I literally have zero maybe it might help?? Could I put the Bloomberg Concepts course as a whole bullet point or would that just look foolish to recruiters. Also any specific course you guys would recommend doing on Udemy and could this be a whole bulleted portion or is that dumb?

Really looking for any advice to fill my resume without looking stupid to recruiters. I want to show that even though I lack experience I really am interested in learning about finance and breaking into the field. I should note that I'm also in an investment club at my University but that's pretty much the only thing I have. I have coding experience in python and C++ but only through courses, not sure if that's even important enough to note on my resume other than in the technical skills section.

PLEASE give me some advice on anything I can do to not be immediately thrown in the "no" pile.

Also what is your guys take on a mission statement in my resume, maybe a quick explanation of why I don't have any professional experience? I don't know what I don't know and would really appreciate some insight. Thanks fellas.
