Currently looking at a couple offers, one from an established BB mid-tier group, one from a new group. Think something like Tidal Partners, Consello, when Q spun out of CS, or something like an EB starting up a new coverage (say if Moelis started a Sustainability sub-group), etc. What would you guys weigh in the decision making process here?
