Expect a few questions on story / motivations. Followed up with technicals (would go through restructuringinterviews / debt & leveraged finance section of WSP redbook). Search Leveraged Markets Update Rothschild and Introduction to Rothschild & Co Group I’m sure you can find some PDFs to help you brush up on what’s happening in the market and what makes them unique. I’d embed them into my answers

AC is finished they only conducted 1 on the 28th of April, offers went out Friday (1st of May)
