Rothschild IB SA vs Credit Suisse IB SA

How would you guys go about picking between an offer from Credit Suisse IB versus Rothschild IB? Both would be for Summer 2021 in NYC. Especially given the current economic conditions, Rothschild RX is tempting, but not sure if I would be passing up a solid BB opportunity if I went with Rothschild. I really like the culture of both firms and am interested in potentially moving to the buy-side (PE). Which offer is the better choice? I want to consider culture, exit opportunities, and learning opportunities. Thanks in advance!

If it’s in the US it’s a no brainer imo - CS>Rotschild, if it’s in Europe its more debatable. For Europe, ask yourself if you want to churn through a lot of MM deals (Rotschild) or do fewer deals that are mich larger (CS). I’d pick CS in both cases, as CS has a great Sponsors/LevFin team and Rotschild is known for its long and painful hours.
