RX: Creditor vs Debtor side work
Hi all, can any of you monkeys on here elaborate on the differences between working a creditor vs debtor side mandate? What different things do you look out for, how is the work/process different, client attitudes, etc. ?

Debtor is working directly with the company, Creditor is working directly with the creditor/lender committee. People argue debtor side is more interesting because you work directly with management.
