SA positions choice help

I am a junior international student with 3.8 GPA at a small liberal arts school that is a non-target. I was lucky to get multiple offers but I have to decide soon on what to pick.

My choices are:
1.
Ernst & Young Transfer Pricing Internship 2 months (June-July)- really good compensation, official training program, FT offer upon completion
after that
Allison-Williams Company boutique investment bank in Minneapolis for 1 month (August), training on the job, no official training program, good exposure to deals and managing directors

Or

2.
Loop Capital investment bank Public Finance 10 weeks (June-August) in Chicago - less compensation than E&Y but better than AW, official training program. I won't get FT offer from them because they don't sponsor visas for international students

At this point I am leaning towards Loop Capital Markets because I will get training and a solid compensation.
but
I will definitely get a FT offer from E&Y for Minneapolis office which is important because I am an international student and most boutiques don't consider international students.
Having a FT offer I will make me more comfortable interviewing during my senior year. Many senior international students from my school did not get FT job offers and had to go to grad school or back to their country of origin.

Thanks for reading my long post and I would appreciate any advice.

Option 1 by far now that you mentioned you are guaranteed a full time offer and you are an international student. Doubt loop capital will give you a FT contract

like everyone else, go with option 1 because you'll have an FT offer. As a senior, the most important thing is having a FT offer. It might not be your first choice, but you should try to always have a back-up.

Thanks for input guys. I really appreciate. The problem with Loop is that they just shortened their internship from 10 weeks to 8 weeks after I signed the offer.
