Had a few R1s, and spd, did not convert. What actionable steps should I take these next couple months to try to lock something down? Already have strong resume and have networked well. Obviously need to clean up interviewing issues but thought all of them had went well, didn’t mess up any techs and seemed to vibe with interviewers. Completely lost right now.

Start looking for MM regional IB, or LMM/MM pe shops.
Pc also a good route.
Bb/umm banks will still be running later rounds. BofA will do a round in late March, ubs doing rounds rn, RBC, socgen, etc.
