SA27 recruiting help

Non-target in Northeast, finance club, strong leadership roles, whatever

Networked lots, studied even more, did everything I was told to do and some

I think I have good luck/karma...

Had 1x R1 which led to a SD that I didn't land

As recruiting comes to an end, I have no leads whatsoever, starting at an effectively empty inbox with automated rejections every now and then

What else am I supposed to do?

Trying hard to not tie my self worth to this (to which I think I'm doing an ok job at) but I really wanted to see this whole thing through. I'm sure I'm one of MANY feeling/experiencing this, but for those who perhaps were in a similar situation and made it out - what's the plan?

It’s not over til it’s over, keep networking, be persistent - tons of boutiques will recruiting SA27 in Sept.

Recruiting—especially from a non-target school—is tough and often comes down to timing and volume, not just effort. If traditional paths haven’t worked, expand into adjacent roles (corporate finance, analytics, rotational programs) to build relevant experience and pivot later. Tighten your outreach with highly targeted, personalized networking and keep adding small, measurable wins to your profile.

Stay consistent and don’t tie your self-worth to one cycle. Many strong candidates break in on the second attempt.
