Santander 2024

It's been 6 months since Santander poached all the CS senior bankers w/ team lifts. Does anyone have any insight on what they have been up to? What are their milestones for 2024? David Miller is starting soon..

Deals in themselves take 6 months from start to finish and you need to give the guys a few months to settle in - have heard there is a lot in progress which is promising. On the flip side have heard new grads at top groups are getting destroyed with modelling because there’s few A2/A3s around at the moment so they’re having to pick up modelling quick working on very complex projects (may be bad for hours/pressure, good for modelling skills)
