ScotiaBank Sophomore "Thrive" Program
Does anyone know anything about ScotiaBank's Thrive program for sophomores? I got the recommendation to apply, but don't know when I should expect the application to drop (co 2027, for summer 2025). Is there a time frame this has typically come out in past years?

Just ask the recruiter lady for your region. If you have been attending their events, they are very communicative.
I don't think my school has had any ScotiaBank events. Then again its summer and I don't really know what recruiters will be visiting in the fall semester so that could very well change. Should I just try to find the region recruiter on linkedin/website and hit a cold outreach?
Believe it’s a 10 week program for diversity students to rotate across IB, S&T and CB followed by the option to do a summer internship within any of the 3 the following year. Not sure if there’s an interview involved for the internship the next summer, but I heard anecdotally it’s just expressing interest and you’ll land whatever group/desk you want.
