Shortlisted for the final round! It is a case study. What to expect and how to prepare?
I just got shortlisted for the final round (an internship at an MM boutique that does real assets M&A).
It will be a 2-hour case study. What can I expect? (DCF, comps, and LBO?).
Also, are there any practice materials I can use to prepare? (I have the WSP premium package and Rosenbaum and Pearl.)
