Should I be worried because I am not in business school for IB? (econ major at semi target)

Ok so when the application season comes (2nd semester sophomore year) I think I'll have 3.6-3.7 GPA from a top20 semi-target with pretty strong extracurriculars (business club, founding my own club, etc) and solid internships (doing a hedge fund internship right now and probably will have a BB IBD internship lined up for next summer in Asia through family connections). I'm going to master all the technicals over this break and network my ass off next semester flying to NY and stuff.
But the biggest concern I have is that I am not in the business school. (Econ and Poli Sci double major) My first semester GPA was kinda low because I screwed around too much so I kind of missed my chance of transferring - I was able to pull off a near 4.0 second semester though so thank God my GPA will not be horrible.

Will this put me at a severe disadvantage being an econ major from a college with a business school??? Will appreciate any input on this. Thanks guys!
