Should I go for a Master’s Degree or an Asset Management company with a high salary?

Hey everyone. I have a question and would like to know about your opinion.

I’m currently working in one of the leading IBs in an emerging market and going for a master’s degree has always been one of my goals. After working for over 3 years, I think it’s a good time for me to go. But, recently I just received a job opportunity in one of the biggest asset management companies in the market.

So, what should I do? Should I reject the opportunity and go for a master’s degree?

Or choose this opportunity first and then go for the master’s degree after a few years?
