Wanted to get some leadership position at school so joined an eboard of a Pre-Health club at my school as a treasurer(Lol only club that let me join the eboard. I was pre-health before). Now the Vice President position opened up, should I go for that or keep treasurer position?

I can't imagine anyone caring besides your mom/dad if you were the VP or treasurer of your school club. I interviewed tons of potential summer interns when I was in IB and I can't recall ever caring about the title they held in a school club. It's great you're participating, but do whatever you feel here. It won't materially impact your ability to find a job.
neither .. probably a waste of time. I would suggest replacing that time with the following (no particular order): 1. learning more stuff 2. network 3. beer
