So I went to college during COVID and was a college athlete. Thus, I am graduating with an extra year of elegibility in my sport. The question you ask yourself, upon which you build a spider web of successor questions, is the following: what is the value of an additional year of athletic eligibility. Is it anything more than just another year of playing sports? If so, does it help you get to where you want to be? Where do you want to be? Is where do you want to be generally in accord with where you need to be? I suspect you are not looking to do pro. If so, what good does staying in school for one extra do to you and your future profession other than a pat on back and a delayed start to your career.
