Should I pick UCLA biz-econ over UWM business school?

Hi there. So as the title suggests, is UCLA(business economics) better than UWMadison(accepted with risk management) when coming down to IB? I am a high school senior now and I want to break into Wallstreet/jobs that will give me a 6 figure salary right off the bat(well I am not materialistic but I really want to help my family out) if possible in the future but it seems like UWMadison has a higher business ranking compared to UCLA(Wisconsin Madison top 20 I think). I am really determined to work hard in college after being waitlisted by so many top business schools(UNC, Umich, CMU, BC, UCB). That just made me realize that I am not as good as I thought(smh to my old ego). So yeah, is UCLA a better choice(I live in CA too)? I heard that their biz-econ is just a joke? If I enroll in UCLA is there a better major that prepares me for the kind of job opportunities I want to pursue? Please give me some advices and I will be really appreciated for them.
