Snubbed out of offer
I performed extremely well in interviews and Superday got all technical questions correct and could not have answered behavioral any better but still ended with no offer. I feel my school name could hold heavy over people make a decision and then they decide to go with better brand name am I crazy for thinking this?
No you just don’t have conception of what a good interview looks like. You’re falling short on behavs or the open ended q’s. Been there, done that
Any tips on how to become better at this?
